Located on Golf Road in the centre of Ballater, the amenities of the village are on your doorstep. As part of the Cairngorm National Park there is much to see and do including Balmoral Castle and Estate, hillwalking, golf, historical castles, skiing and many other outdoor pursuits.

WHY BERTIE?
Balmoral has been the Scottish Royal Residence since Prince Albert first leased and bought the estate for his wife, Queen Victoria in 1852. Victoria and Albert were married for 21 years with 9 children. He was the love of her life and her affectionate nickname for him was 'Bertie'.
And so we gave the name to our beautiful cottage in recognition of the royal couple's love for this area.
