This Ballater holiday rental can comfortably sleep six people. The cottage is surprisingly spacious and is tastefully decorated to a high standard, with modern furnishings with hints of tartan and Harris Tweed.

There are two good-sized upstairs bedrooms, one king-size and one double, each with a lovely view to Craig Choillich Hill to the south of Ballater. The upstairs bedrooms share a large family bathroom with corner bath and separate shower. Downstairs there is a large twin-bedded room which has it's own en-suite shower room. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and plenty of storage space. There is a hairdryer and all linen and towels are provided.

Downstairs there is a cosy lounge with two sofas, a " favourite armchair" and a large footstool with plenty of cushions for your comfort. The woodburning stove is perfect to nestle up to after a day outdoors. There is a  smart TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, Blaupunkt bluetooth speaker and games and puzzles for all ages.


From the lounge you enter a bright, well equipped kitchen with views to the garden and Craigendarroch Hill beyond. There is a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The separate dining room is the perfect room to sit and enjoy a leisurely breakfast with the view of Craigendarroch Hill or to relax with your evening meal and plan the next days activities.

The dining room opens out onto a large enclosed deck with a seating area and separate BBQ area, perfect for outdoor dining. Behind the decking there is grass with a washing line and further planting. The garden is a fabulous suntrap, the sun can be enjoyed from early morning until the last rays in the evening.  There is access to a large lockable shed - perfect for storing bikes or golf clubs.
